Hot cutting

The slicing of Bresaola is performed with a hot blade in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the product.

Bresaola is then placed and wrapped in a big tray to keep the slices soft as if they are just cut.

The product is available in two-format tubs in the following weights: 70 – 80 – 90 – 100 – 110 – 120g at both fixed and variable weight.

Snack

A handy tray portion for 60g of Bresaola, that completes the Panzeri product range. Inside the tub, the separate slices are ideal for a snack on the go, at school or in the office.
